Tess is an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with children and their families. Tess graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2015. Before working at AIM Tess worked as a community based paediatric OT as well as a positive behaviour support practitioner, providing behaviour support to families for children of all ages.
Tess is experienced at working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Intellectual disability, and Generalised Anxiety Disorder.
Tess also has worked in an acute hospital setting providing therapy in areas such as neurology, rehabilitation, hand therapy and palliative care.
Tess is passionate about helping children reach their full potential so that they can engage to the best of their ability in all areas of their life. In her spare time, Tess enjoys being at the beach or anywhere outdoors, she loves socialising with friends and family, and cooking and gardening at home.
