Michelle Kealley

Michelle joined AIM as she has always loved working with children and helping them to achieve their goals.

Michelle has a Cert IV in Individual Support (Disability) and has many years experience working in the administration field, as well as working with children of different ages and diagnoses as a swim teacher and disability support worker. 

To her, AIM Therapy feels like the perfect fit to help others with the experience that she has while also being flexible for her family commitments. Outside of work, she is a mum to a 3yr old and 1yr old who are balls of energy, they love to spend their days outside, at the beach or taking a mini getaway.
