Your feedback is welcomed and forms a valuable part of our continuous improvement process. You can submit your feedback several ways to AIM Therapy for Children. These include:

If the matter is not resolved with the Director and the client and/or carer remains dissatisfied they will be advised of other agencies they can use to assist them to achieve a resolution. If necessary, they will be assisted to access an external agency. For example;

Option 1. Right outside you should find parking on Gregory Street (2 hour and 1 hour free parking)
Option 2. Across the road on Gregory Street (1 hour free parking)
Option 3. Cambridge Street there is usually plenty of 2 hour free parking between 9am and 4:15pm, outside these times it is a Clearway
Option 4. Please call 6150 8339 or your therapist and the receptionist or your therapist will come out to collect your child and take them in while you find parking
Usually Option 1 works but just in case you get stuck!
