Emma Wood
Emma has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy which she completed in the United Kingdom; graduating in 2005.
Emma worked as an Occupational Therapist in the UK until 2018. Before joining AIM OT Emma worked in Community Children’s services in the UK for five years. Emma has worked with children with a range of physical disabilities as well as children with more generalised difficulties and those with Attention Deficit Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Hyper mobility, Developmental Coordination Disorder and Sensory Processing difficulties. One of her areas of passion is working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She also has a history of working in Adult Mental Health services and Adult Community Learning Disability services.
Emma moved to Western Australia and began working with AIM OT in April 2019. In her spare time Emma likes to be creative and explore the great outdoors with her young son, whilst getting to know all about the wildlife WA has to offer.
