Christie Paolini
Christie has a Bachelor of Speech Pathology, which she completed at Edith Cowan University in 2021.
Christie has experience working with children who have a range of diagnoses and learning difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Speech and Language disorders. Christie has experience in supporting Language Development Centre (LDC) applications for school aged children, and trialling and implementing Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) systems. Christie is passionate about working collaboratively with clients, parents, teachers and other allied health professionals to support clients to reach their communication goals.
Christie is Sounds-Write trained and is interested in supporting clients to become competent readers, writers and spellers.
In her spare time, Christie enjoys reading, playing netball, spending time with family or walking along the coast with her dog.
