Ta McGrath
Thuy Anh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy which she completed at Curtin University, Perth; graduating in 2016.
Before joining AIM Thuy Anh worked in a mainstream public high school and at an Early Intervention Autism-specific centre. In schools, she provided students with in-class support, facilitated a Social Skills program and completed a range of Occupational Therapy assessments. Thuy Anh has also provided group and individual therapy to young clients aged three to eight years-old among a transdisciplinary team, targeting Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and motor skill goals.
Thuy Anh has worked with children with a range of diagnoses and learning difficulties including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Central Auditory Processing Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Intellectual Disability and children referred due to challenging behaviour. One of her fields of speciality and passion is working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Thuy Anh began working with AIM OT in June 2019. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, drawing, painting, crocheting and going on outdoor adventures with her friends.
