Shannon graduated from Edith Cowen University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has a passion for working with children and has also previously worked in adult rehabilitation including stroke rehabilitation, dementia and falls; and home visiting for adult home modifications. She has also volunteered at several disability services including Therapy Focus and Lady Lawley Cottage.

Shannon decided to fulfil her passion for working with children and has been with AIM OT since 2012. Shannon is experienced in areas of fine motor skills, gross motor, handwriting, sensory processing, emotion regulation, visual perception, attention and concentration and social skills. She has also worked with children with a variety of diagnoses such as Dyslexia, sensory modulation challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyspraxia, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her two young children, family and friends. She also enjoys travelling and going to the the beach.
